NACH is a centralised system developed by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) to facilitate bulk automated payments. Many repetitive payments like Loan EMIs can be automated with the help of NACH. Automation of recurring payments means the amount will be auto debited from a customer’s account if NACH is activated.

To activate NACH, you can directly download the I-serve app from play store or call us on 1800-572-8888. To apply for NACH online, follow the following steps.

1· Log into your I-Serve app 

2· Click on “Requests” 

3· Select “Request NACH update” 

4· Then click on “Create” 

5· Enter your details and Proceed

1· Create – Registration of NACH mandate through electronic mode using net Banking /debit card/Aadhaar card.

2· Amend – You can change the details registered for NACH by filling NACH details.

3· Suspend / Revoke – We offer the option to temporary suspend a mandate. Customers also have the ability to revoke the suspension.

4· Cancel - NACH Mandate can be cancelled if you no longer want to auto-debit the payments you set up.
