3. What are the eligibility criteria for securing a loan from India Shelter?

4. How much loan can I get?
We provide loans starting from INR 250,000 up to 25,00,000 for Housing purpose . But your eligibility for receiving the loan is determined after an appraisal of your documents and a personal discussion.
5. What are the loan tenure options?
We provide loans with tenure from 60 months upto 240 months.
7. What documents do I need to submit to apply for and secure a loan?
When applying for a loan, we require your KYCs (Identity proof, residence proof, age proof and copy of bank pass book / bank statement) along with an application form duly signed by you. However, depending on the nature of the final product, we may ask you to furnish other income & property documents.
8. How fast will my loan be disbursed?
We are extremely quick in our decision-making process and we will submit our in-principle approval within 7 days of your loan application provided all supporting information / documents are provided timely.
9. How can I repay my loan?
You can repay your loan by any of the electronic means – ECS / DDM / ACH
10. Can I contact any DSA for processing a loan?
